PINK OCTOBER

OCTOBER 2026 — OIL PASTEL ON CANVAS

Pink October is a month-long experiment in color, shape, and texture, inspired by Piet Mondrian.

Every day throughout October, I create one small original painting using oil pastels on canvas, starting with a pink background. I borrow Mondrian's bold primary colors and black outlines, but trade his precise geometry for playful, imperfect shapes and expressive textures.

This collection is also my way of contributing to Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 10% of each artwork's sale price, excluding tax and shipping, will be donated to Pink Fund, an organization that helps people undergoing breast cancer treatment cover everyday living expenses.

31 days. 31 little experiments. All in pink.
