1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Natalie Reyne. Throughout the site, the terms “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Natalie Reyne.
By visiting this website, purchasing artwork, joining Mail Club, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and subscribers. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase products or subscriptions offered through it.
2. ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
I make every reasonable effort to photograph and describe artwork accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and display settings.
Minor variations in texture, surface, edges, and other characteristics are part of an original handmade artwork and are not considered defects.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed.
3. MAIL CLUB
Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription.
The subscription price is $11.11 per month and includes worldwide shipping.
Mail Club subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month unless paused or canceled before the next renewal.
Each edition may include artwork, a print, a letter from the studio, or other materials as described on the Mail Club page. Because Mail Club is an artist-led project, the artwork, format, materials, and contents may vary from month to month.
Mail Club editions are mailed from Seattle, Washington after the monthly renewal.
Domestic and international delivery times may vary.
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION AND PAUSING
You may pause or cancel your Mail Club subscription at any time through your customer account.
To avoid the next monthly renewal, your subscription must be paused or canceled before the 15th of the month.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.
Mail Club payments that have already been processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. SHIPPING
Original artwork shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Mail Club includes worldwide shipping in the subscription price.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Postal delays, customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside my control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments of original artwork may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Mail Club delivery times may vary substantially by destination and local postal service.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because original artworks are unique, all original artwork sales are final.
If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork or item and its packaging.
Mail Club payments that have already been processed are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

8. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, images, photographs, designs, text, and other original content displayed on this website are owned by Natalie Reyne and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print, or Mail Club edition transfers ownership of the physical item only.
Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Purchasing artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, mint as an NFT, create merchandise from, or otherwise use the artwork for commercial purposes.
You may photograph artwork you own for ordinary personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change at any time. Changes to the Mail Club subscription price will apply only in accordance with applicable law and any required notice.
I reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or listing errors and to cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious error.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through Shopify and its payment providers.
10. ORDERS
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, listing errors, or circumstances that make fulfillment impossible.
If I cancel an order after payment has been collected and the order has not been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
11. WEBSITE USE
You may not use this website or its content for unlawful purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, access systems without authorization, scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the website for commercial use, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain parts of the website, including payments, subscriptions, shipping tools, and account functionality, may be provided through Shopify or other third-party services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natalie Reyne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.
The current version will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
